Description

Responsibilities

• Provide warranty support to Construction Department, which will include frequent communication/ interface with homeowners.
• Provide administrative assistance to the Construction Department, including organizing and filing documents.
• Assist as requested in processing and acquiring permits from the city and setting up meters.
• Assist in assembling contract paperwork concerning independent contractors.
• From time to time must complete projects with short notice in extreme time constraints.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Requires a minimum of 0-1 year of relevant experience with administrative tasks and customer service.
• Demonstrated computer skills including a working knowledge of MS Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Current, valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record and reliable transportation to work in multiple locations.
