Our Baseline
The ideal candidate should be proficient with AutoCAD, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel and have a working knowledge in Land FX Irrigation, and Bluebeam Revu/Adobe PDF. The candidate shall be enthusiastic and creative as well as think proactively and work well in a collaborative environment.
Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program or other relevant technical degree or Associates degree/certification preferred
Strong background in irrigation design and/or construction with the ability to develop efficient and effective irrigation systems that meets the client's requirements, schedule and budget
Ability to create detailed drawings that specify a wide range of products available and how they should be installed
Assist landscape architecture team with research, site analysis and irrigation construction documentation for a wide range of project types
Irrigation master planning, producing precise and consistent irrigation construction drawings, cost estimating, accurate project detailing, and landscape design assistance as needed

Full time team members are eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision, Supplementary Insurance and Dependent Care FSA and Healthcare FSA. A portion of the Medical and Dental premiums are paid for by Norris Design. Norris Design provides an employer paid Basic Life Insurance and Long-Term Disability Insurance as well as a 4% company match to our 401k plan. Team members that become new parents while employed by Norris Design also receive 6 weeks of paid family leave. Team members receives 8 paid company holidays per year and an accrual based PTO program starting at 15 days per calendar year. Company closure during Christmas and New Year’s holidays. Plus year-round half day Fridays! The salary range for this position is $55,000 to 70,000.
